At OsoHolistic, we offer experiences designed to support rest, recalibration and renewal. To ensure a smooth and respectful process for everyone, please take a moment to read the terms below before booking.

Booking Process

All sessions must be booked in advance via our website. You will be asked to select your preferred service, date and time. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with full details.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept secure online payments through Squarespace Payments (via Stripe). All prices are listed in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Introductory Offers

First-time visitors may be eligible for special introductory rates. These will be clearly shown during the booking process. Each intro offer is limited to one use per person.

Confirmation

Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with session details, directions and how to prepare. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact danni@oso-group.com.

Late Arrivals

We ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we aim to respect the time and rhythm of all guests.
