Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life is full — and plans can shift. At OsoHolistic, we aim to be flexible while also honouring the time and energy it takes to hold each experience. The following policy is designed to create clarity and fairness for everyone.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your session, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be refunded in full or rescheduled upon request.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable, unless due to an emergency. You are welcome to gift your session to someone else if you can no longer attend.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your session, subject to availability. Please use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or contact danni@oso-group.com.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your session and no notice is given, the session will be considered used and no refund will apply. This allows us to protect the flow and integrity of our calendar.

Overnight & Group Experiences

Due to the time and preparation involved, cancellations for Overnight Recharge or Half-Day Group Sessions require 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. After that window, we cannot guarantee rescheduling or refund.
