Each day unfolds through a gentle rhythm of sound journeys, yoga-based movement, and immersive energy work supported by the Energy Enhancement System. Set within 38 acres of woodland beside Brackloon Woods, the retreat also offers time to walk beside rivers, breathe Atlantic air, and rest beneath ancient trees.
