Through guided meditation, creative therapy, and reflective inner work, participants are invited into a calm and supported space for personal exploration and integration.

Inspired by Benig's book The Soul & The Sea, the day offers practical tools to deepen understanding and reconnect with one's inner landscape — without overwhelm.

The group is intentionally limited to six participants to preserve depth, safety, and individual attention.

This gathering also offers a gentle introduction to OsoHolistic and the sanctuary environment in which the day unfolds.
