Danny Griffin is the founder of OsoHolistic, a wellness practice devoted to helping individuals reconnect with their inner power to heal, transform, and thrive. With a core belief that true wellness begins within, Danny empowers clients to release stress, restore balance, and rediscover clarity in both body and mind.After more than 30 years in high-level technical and leadership roles across global healthcare and technology sectors, Danny experienced a profound personal shift. He chose to step away from the corporate world and align his life with purpose, healing, and authenticity. This turning point led him to immerse himself in transformational healing modalities and holistic therapies.
Today, Danny combines his lived experience, compassionate presence, and in-depth training to guide others on their own path of self-healing and transformation. His clients appreciate his unique ability to truly listen, hold space, and offer practical tools that foster resilience, inner calm, and lasting change.

Known for her pioneering approach to rapid personal growth and empowerment, Fatiha Fellous is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness, a certified hypnotherapist, and a life coach, she has worked with a diverse array of clients, including top executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking profound life changes. Her unique methods combine a blend of rapid transformational therapy, NLP, and mindset coaching, empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.
What sets Tya apart from other wellness professionals is her personal journey of transformation. After spending over 20 years in the corporate world, she took a courageous leap to follow her heart and transition into the wellness space. By the time she was 50, she had successfully redefined her career and life, helping countless others to do the same.
Her own journey to wellness and empowerment was driven by a deep desire to understand the subconscious mind and harness its power to create lasting change. Through years of study in fields such as NLP, aromatherapy, and intermittent fasting, she has become a leading expert in creating holistic, sustainable transformations.
In addition to her transformative work, Tya is the co-author of the book “Intermittent Fasting lifestyle" to unlock your body’s potential a comprehensive guide to harnessing the power of fasting for both physical and mental wellness. The book is a testament to her expertise and passion for helping others achieve lasting transformation in all areas of life.
As an RTT therapist and holistic coach, Tya guides clients to release limiting beliefs and reconnect with their true potential. In partnership with OsoHolistic, she offers transformative experiences—both in private sessions and immersive retreats—that harmonize mind, body, and energy.

Derval combines mindfulness, breathwork, and NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest / Yoga Nidra) to support balance, rest, and resilience in modern life. Inspired by her own journey through PTSD, chronic fatigue, and environmental sensitivity, she shares simple, effective, and nature-based practices that really work.
Since 2006, Derval has taught thousands of people—children, teachers, healthcare workers, and organisations—through workshops, online courses, and talks. She has trained over 10,000 Irish primary school teachers, bringing mindfulness and well-being to tens of thousands of children. She is now part of the U.S. Breath- Body-Mind Foundation team, which trains coherent breathing teachers globally online.
Her approach is gentle, creative, and down-to-earth: mindfulness as the foundation, breathwork as the action, and yoga nidra for deep rest and sleep. She reminds us there’s no need to strive or be perfect—her invitation is to always sit or lie down, explore with curiosity, and repeat.
Endorsed by medical and healthcare professionals, Derval’s work helps people find their own path to balance, ease, and coherent living.
In collaboration with OsoHolistic, Derval’s Radical Rest workshops and immersive retreats offer deep rest, renewal and ease in the liminal space between waking and sleeping. The pathway to restful sleep is restored. Nature and inner nature are reconnected using breath as the bridge.
