The Birth of OsoHolistic

There are moments in life that quietly change everything.

OsoHolistic was born from one such moment and shaped by another.

One was my partner — the most holistic person I have ever known. For more than twenty years, she chose complementary therapies when conventional approaches did not give her the support she needed. She believed deeply in the body's intelligence — in its innate ability to restore balance when given the right care and environment.

When access to those therapies was disrupted during the COVID period, life shifted in ways we could never have imagined. Her final weeks were deeply challenging, and our family experienced a loss that changed us forever.

In the midst of that grief, something became clear: we so often search outside ourselves for answers, when much of what we need already lives within us. Walking beside her had quietly reshaped how I understand health — not something we outsource, but something we participate in..

Only then did I fully understand words I had heard as a child.

When I asked my mother a question, she would sometimes say,
"The answer is always under your nose."

I did not understand it then.
I do now.

In a world that grows louder each year, the sanctuary offers something increasingly rare — space to pause.

Sometimes courage is not loud.
Sometimes courage is coming home — to yourself.

"We are not part of nature, we are nature, we are whole."

What Guides This Place

OsoHolistic exists to inspire wellness from within.

It is grounded in a simple conviction: that clarity arises in unhurried time, and that lasting health begins with personal responsibility. In essence, well-being deepens quietly — through awareness and choice.

Rooted in 38 acres of woodland outside Westport, OsoHolistic is a sanctuary for reflection — where land, carefully held space, and restorative modalities support renewal without distraction.

  • After more than 30 years in senior roles within global healthcare and technology organisations, Danny reached a point where what had once appeared established no longer felt aligned. He stepped away in search of a more intentional way of living — one grounded not in achievement, but in awareness and lived experience.

That transition led him into several years of dedicated study and immersion in holistic disciplines, coaching, and integrative practices. It became a gradual return to what felt steady and true.

During this time, he developed what has become the North Star Framework — a structured yet adaptable approach designed to help individuals navigate change with clarity and grounded direction.

Danny’s work is not about fixing or prescribing. It is about perspective.

He is known for his ability to listen deeply, ask precise questions, and create space where insight can emerge without pressure — and where change feels sustainable rather than forced.

His background includes advanced training in transformational coaching, nervous system regulation, and experiential practices. He has studied with teachers including Marisa Peer (RTT), Rich Litvin (Exponential Coaching), Eckhart Tolle, and the Wim Hof Method.

Today, Danny is focused on nurturing OsoHolistic as it takes root, while continuing to work with individuals navigating transition, complexity, and renewal. His role is to ensure the sanctuary remains grounded in its founding principles as it quietly evolves.
